Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to § 312g BGB — Information for Consumers
Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded (i.e. the date on which your purchase was confirmed and access was granted).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Vortex Interactive (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Xinxing Community Workstation, No. 133 Meilin Road, Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong 518049, China, Email: [email protected] — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Important Notice
Pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 6 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium if the trader has begun performance with the consumer's express prior consent and their acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
At the point of purchase, you will be asked to confirm the following:
- You agree that delivery of the digital content (whitelist access) begins immediately upon completion of payment.
- You acknowledge that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
Once access has been granted and both confirmations have been given at checkout, no refund can be issued. This is in accordance with applicable German law.
Consequences of Withdrawal (if applicable)
If you validly withdraw from this contract (i.e. in the rare case where delivery had not yet begun or the digital content exception does not apply), we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Your access will be revoked immediately upon withdrawal.
